Fundraising Interest Form

HOSA is honored to announce that it has officially partnered with Medical Missions Abroad and the Miami Heat/American Airlines Arena to participate in fundraising. Like Hard Rock stadium, the fundraisers held at American Airlines arena will involve members working in concession stands. The funds earned from these games will then be utilized to decrease the costs associated with attending HOSA competitions. American Airlines Arena does have some strict policies that need to be followed, in order for us to keep our partnership with them. Below are their rules and regulations:

  1) Online Alcohol training: All HOSA members, who are interested and committed to fundraising with the Miami Heat/AAA, must complete the online alcohol training. This is a mandatory requirement; no member will be allowed to attend the fundraisers without completion of this training. The online alcohol training is the initial requirement for participation in these fundraisers.

 2) Background Check: All HOSA members must complete the online background check.

 3) Dress code: HOSA members must abide to the strict dress code that is  required from them. The dress code includes: white t-shirt, black pants, black slip resistant shoes (They must be "Slip Resistant").
