Welcome to FAU HOSA! I couldn’t be more excited and honored to be your chapter President! In 2018, I founded a HOSA chapter at my high school and have been growing my passion for this organization since. I placed in the top 10 at the International Leadership Conference twice in the community awareness and medical innovation events. At FAU, I am on the pre-med track to become a dermatologist and am currently working in a private dermatology practice as a medical assistant. I am a research assistant in Dr. Ken Dawson-Scully’s lab where I study and develop behavior assays for drug discovery using an electroconvulsive seizure model with the C. elegans nematode! I hope you find a love and passion for HOSA like I have. Let’s have a great year together!
